The EASYCOOK is an automatic fryer whose purpose is to facilitate the immersion frying process. It has a built-in exhaust system, which eliminates the need for hoods, and a technology that provides perfect, standardized frying through its on-board temperature control intelligence.

It has an attached exhaust system with four filtering systems: a washable stainless steel inertial filter, a blanket filter that should be changed every 10 days (on average) and two activated carbon filters, which should be changed every 4 and 6 months (on average).
