It happened: Aços Macom donates masks, Covid-19 tests and food baskets to the Guarulhos-SP city hall.

Faced with the risk posed by the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic in Brazil, Aços Macom - Hoshizaki has taken a series of measures to preserve the health and safety of its employees, their families, service providers, partners, customers and the region where we are based.

To this end, in solidarity with the difficulties faced by public health and the local community, Aços Macom - Hoshizaki decided to donate 2,000 masks, 380 rapid Covid-19 tests and 200 food baskets.

“We have a great affection for Guarulhos and we reinforce our commitment to the city where we concentrate our operations. Accurate rapid tests and adequate personal protective equipment for medical professionals are effective in preventing the spread of the virus. We hope that our gesture can encourage other companies in the region and help in the fight against the pandemic.” said President Jim Kuo, during the visit of the mayor of the city of Guarulhos.

Mayor Gustavo Costa, better known as Guti, visited the facilities of the new factory in the Bonsucesso region to see the structure, the new technologies employed and developed, and also to personally thank them for the donation.

Aços Macom - Hoshizaki reinforces its commitment to the health of its employees and the community in which they live with attitude and a simple message: “It will pass!”
