Aços Macom, believing in the talent and continuous development of its employees, carried out Forklift Operation Training in the last week of May/2020. Twenty professionals were trained and certified, and are now able to operate forklifts in the operations where they are needed within the company.
The professionals learned about the entire operation of transporting pallets with material produced at the factory and will be able to use the lessons as required in the stock area and in shipping, loading trucks for delivery. They were also instructed to keep the forklift trucks in good mechanical condition, as well as receiving refueling instructions.
"The participants understood the information well, and we could see this in the results of the theoretical and practical tests. They all scored well and are certainly ready to serve the company during their time here." Explained Joel Coutinho, work safety technician at Aços Macom.
At the end of the training, everyone took part in theoretical and practical tests, where they proved to have done very well. We congratulate all the new forklift operators.
